So there it is... The best of a bad lot but it will do for the time being!
No splashback still but fly screens were installed today!! We seem to be moving along nice and quickly, lets hope we're in very soon!
I had a look at some exposed ag concrete today which is below....
We are tossing up between this and maybe something a bit lighter. I'm thinking this might be nice though!
Anyway, that's about it for now!

Hi Haley! How exciting! That was the original plan we put our deposit on but due to our crossover etc and a pit in the way it would have been too expensive to go with that one. We are really happy with the house, we have just submitted our 90 day service form and most things on there are only minor. The largest thing is that we can see the nails in the roof. I'll try and get some pics up in the next day or so, so you can see it if you like? Have you started building yet?
ReplyDeletePics would be great if it's not too much hassle. I know of 2 other people with the same roof problem. We moved our crossover also & it was close to a pit but they let us make our driveway not as wide. Hopefully that should be all good . . fingers crossed. We haven't started building yet, our block looks finished but is being released in Feb (if all is good). I just emailed Metricon today to see what I need to do to get it all happening on time. Thanks for the reply!
